Both the marathon started and finished at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in South Mumbai. This time, the new Coastal Road route of Mumbai was added for the first time for the Half Marathon. The marathon was divided into several categories, such as full marathon, half marathon, open 10K, dream run, senior citizen run and special run for the disabled. Registrations ran from August 2025 to November 2025.
