Khalistanis had posters in their hands on which ‘Shaheed Nijjar’, ‘Shaheed Hadi’, ‘Assassinations by Modi’ were written. In the poster, a garland was placed on the picture of Prime Minister Modi.

Khalistanis pushed with the protesters and also raised anti-India slogans. He accused the Indian government of killing Hadi.

The protesters were demanding protection of minorities in Bangladesh. He was appealing to India to open the border so that Bangladeshi Hindus could come to India to escape the violence. The lynching of Dipu Chandra Das and Amrit Mandal was mentioned in the demonstration.

According to media reports, one of the protesters, Dr. Subodh Biswas, said why Hindu organizations are not active? In this crisis, Hindus of Bangladesh can only trust India.

A worker of Sanatan Jagran Manch, who was involved in the protest, said that there are 2.5 crore Hindus in Bangladesh. This is not a small number. Hindu organizations of India are just paying lip service, but we are seeing it like a genocide.

On this incident, Manu Khajuria, associated with UN Insight Group, expressed concern and said that Khalistani are trying to suppress the voice of minorities. This is shocking.

More than 2900 attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh in one year

Following the death of Bangladeshi student leader Sharif Usman Hadi, several cases of violence against Bangladeshi Hindus and other minorities have been reported.

During the interim government of Muhammad Yunus in Bangladesh, there have been more than 2900 attacks on minorities since August 2024, which include killings, arson and land grabbing.

Dipu Das was murdered on false charges of blasphemy.

Violence broke out in Bangladesh after the death of Usman Hadi on 18 December. A 25-year-old Hindu, Dipu Chandra Das, was beaten to death by a Hadi-backed mob. After this his body was hanged from a tree and burnt. This incident happened in Mymensingh, Bangladesh.

Deepu was accused of blasphemy. Hadi supporters said that Deepu had made such comments on Facebook, which hurt religious sentiments. However, Bangladeshi investigating agencies found that they did not find evidence of any such posts or comments.

Bangladesh police have so far detained 18 suspects in the case of Dipu’s death.

Khalistani blame India for Nijjar’s death

Khalistani Gurpatwant Singh Pannu’s organization SFJ holds India responsible for the death of Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Nijjar, associated with the Khalistani movement in Canada, was shot by 2 unknown gunmen in the year 2023. He died in this attack.
