Malayalam actress Navya Nair was misbehaved at an event. Recently, the actress had gone to a mall in Kozhikode to attend the promotional event of her upcoming film ‘Pathiratri’.

Navya was coming out of the mall with her team. Then a person from the crowd came behind her and tried to touch her inappropriately, but her co-star Soubin Shahir immediately saw this and stopped his hand. In the video, both Navya and Soubin are seen looking at the person angrily.

After the audio launch of the film, this video went viral on social media.

Navya Nair’s real name is Dhanya Veena. He was born on 14 October 1985 in Muthukulam, Haripad, Alappuzha, Kerala. His father worked in the telecom department and mother was a school teacher. Malayalam film director K. Madhu is his maternal uncle. Along with her school studies, Navya also learned classical dance and won the Kalathilaakam title from Bethany Balikamadam High School.

Navya entered the film industry in 2001 with the film Ishtam. He soon got success. After this he worked in hit films like Mazathulikkilukkam, Kunjikoonan and Nandanam. He also received the Kerala State Film Award for his role in Nandanam.

In 2010, Navya married Santosh Menon. They have a son, Sai Krishna. After marriage, she took a break from films and started appearing in TV and reality shows. He made a comeback with Drisha 2 in 2021 and Oruthi in 2022.
