Late in the night, the police registered a case against three accused Abdul Haleem, Sahil and Yameen and others.
Questions raised from CCTV
After the case was registered, the police started investigating the case and found that the presence of the accused was not there at the time of the incident. The police found a CCTV footage in which it is seen that Abdul Haleem whose name has come in the FIR was present at his shop at the time of the incident.
The CCTV footage has been taken by the police for investigation. Not only this, the location of the accused named Sahil has also been found in the colony on PGBT Road, not on the spot. The identity of the third named accused has also not been found at the scene.
Old controversy became the reason?
Bhopal Speaking to ‘Aaj Tak’, Additional DCP of Zone-3, Shanili Dixit said that there has been a dispute between the complainant Charan Singh Kushwaha and Abdul Amin alias Haleem earlier. Two cases against committee chairman Charan Singh Kushwaha have been recorded in Gautam Nagar police station in the past and somewhere have been composed for the purpose of pressurizing somewhere. The investigation is still going on, there are still many people whose statements are to be recorded.
The complainant side who have written an FIR were also called to make a statement but they have not been present yet. It has also come to light that there has been a dispute between Haleem and Charan Singh Kushwaha in the past, so investigation is also going on with the angle of mutual rivalry.
