Taufiq used to get people’s visa with the help of the officer
The accused Taufiq Hathin used to make passports, driving license and other documents in the Small Secretariat. Many people have a relationship in Pakistan in the surrounding area including Nuh. Taufiq used to seek the help of the officer sitting in the Pakistan High Commission to get a visa to the people going into kinship.
In lieu of this, Taufiq used to provide intelligence of the country to the said officer. Taufiq used to charge a fee of 15 to 20 thousand rupees from the people to get the visa.
