Following the woman’s complaint, Police Station Division No. 2 registered an FIR against Harjinder Bhola under sections 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt), 126(2) (wrongful restraint) and 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code, after which he was arrested.
