As per the local reports, the woman’s family said that she could never recover from the trauma of the brutal attack. She was in deep shock that affected her mental and physical health. She breathed her last while undergoing treatment at a Guwahati hospital.

As per a report by India Today, the woman reported the horrific incident and shared that she was kidnapped by a group of four men who asked her identity and handed her over to a group of armed men.
