Footage of the aftermath of the US attack on a school in southern Iran on 28 February.
Initial investigation has held America responsible for the missile attack on a primary school in Minab city of Iran. According to the US military investigation, the school was misidentified using old targeting data.
In this attack on February 28, the school building was targeted with a Tomahawk cruise missile. At that time, US forces were attacking an Iranian naval base near the school, which had previously been part of the same campus.
Investigation revealed that the US Central Command had targeted based on old data given by the intelligence agency. In this the school was considered a military base.
According to Iranian officials, at least 175 people, including more than 160 children, died in the attack. US officials say that the investigation into the matter is still ongoing and it is being ascertained why the old data was not confirmed.

About 100 graves were dug in a graveyard in Minab, ahead of the cremation of children and teachers killed in the airstrike on March 1.
